CLIENT: Vancouver Coastal Health

SUMMARY: Beacon was hired to help solve an issue VCH was having training their doctors on how to use new software. Thousands of billable and crucial hours were wasted because doctors did not know how to use the new software. Beacon worked with VCH to create a training curriculum, a series of instructional videos, and an internal training platform for VCH doctors to learn how to use the software.
